“Caitlin and Chris den Breejen of Cadby House 2 Home are an exceptional design and craftsman team. I couldn’t be more pleased with the two projects they completed at my home. Caitlin is such a talented designer, I was thrilled with the creative ideas that she came up with to give me a master bath that is the envy of all who see it. Instead of seeing the log walls as a challenge that needed to be covered, as other contractors had suggested, Caitlin highlighted their beauty in her design to come up with a Modern Mountain concept. Chris went to work to bring that design to life with his skills as a craftsman, not just a contractor. Chris also worked an industrial element into the design to address a challenge we had with running electric. The master bath truly is a showpiece and could be in any high end hotel.

A couple years later when it came to a much needed renovation of my kitchen, first floor area, powder room, laundry and loft I knew I had to reach out to this talented team. Once again Caitlin came up with a spectacular design for my kitchen and upgrades for the rest of the spaces. She listened patiently and asked a lot of questions till we established what my personal style was. I had a set budget and this was a large investment for me. Caitlin worked hard to bring the dream to reality and stay within budget. The efficiencies that were built into the kitchen are priceless. Chris is always willing to offer advice on what has worked well on other projects and is mindful of the budget as well. Caitlin has a unique eye for style and is wonderful in sourcing “the look” at the very best price. I shared pictures of what I liked, then Caitlin and Chris made it happen. I shared a picture of a floating vanity that I thought was unique and Chris created the same look in the powder room using some repurposed barn wood I had. The craftsmanship is exceptional and all while staying in budget. Since this is a 30 year old log home, several unusual and challenging construction issues came up and Chris rolled right into making those repairs all while keeping with the log construction. Chris worked well with other contractors on the job and made this very large project go as smoothly as possible. If you are looking for something that will get you that “Oh my gosh!” reaction, Caitlin and Chris are the team for you!”

Cadby House to Home has worked on four big projects for me over the last 4 years.
